Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Supervisor with a valid Excavator License to manage daily store operations, ensure proper inventory control, and support site operations when required. The role involves supervising store staff, coordinating materials movement, maintaining accurate stock records, and occasionally operating machinery to facilitate loading/unloading or site support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and safekeeping of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and update system reports.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, and in good condition.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules with project/site teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Operate excavator (and other relevant machinery) safely and efficiently for loading/unloading of heavy materials when required.
  • Supervise and guide store assistants/workers in performing store activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

  • Must possess a valid Excavator License (WSQ / MOM recognized).
  • Able to operate excavator safely and perform basic machinery upkeep.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
