The Store Supervisor will lead a team of store assistants and contribute as part of the Inflight operations team and perform daily warehouse duties such as inbound receiving, product inspection, put-away and outbound.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all inbound and outbound activities of the store/warehouse are in line with the company's requirements
- Ensure that the inventory in the store/warehouse is accounted for every transaction.
- Carried out regular cycle counts
- Ensure sufficient support to carry out picking and return tasks for sales cart and inflight orders
- Oversee the inventory in both SATS ICC1 and ICC2 premises
- Ensure that the team supports the operational requirements of the sales carts
- Oversee that the store/warehouse is stock up well to support cart operations and pre-orders
- Assist in investigations for stock discrepancies (if any) in the store/warehouse and/or sales carts.
Job Requirements
- Computer literate
- Work experience in warehouse environment preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Able to lift heavy goods and stand for long hours in an air-conditioned environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts for 5 days per week and OT (including weekends and public holiday)
Working hours / patterns: 5 day work week from Monday – Sunday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
