The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre located in ION Orchard. These include:
- Attending to general enquiries
- Providing reservations and ticketing services (e.g. making or changing flight bookings, issuing/reissuing tickets, processing refunds)
- Handling membership related transactions
- Assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties if necessary
- He/She will be rostered for shifts within the daily operating hours of 9am to 6:30pm, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis
- Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes
- A team player and a quick learner
- Able to adapt quickly in response to changes and have the ability to handle work stress

The Role
As a Team Leader at Skyports, you will play a crucial role in our flight operations team. You will be responsible for operating our advanced drone systems for various services, including drone delivery, surveying, and surveillance.
