Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee flight operations, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, manage crew and resources, team building and training.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily flight operations in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper flight scheduling, crew rostering, and aircraft allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor flight progress, manage irregular operations, and implement contingency plans as required.
- Liaise with aviation authorities, airport operators, and other stakeholders to obtain operational approvals, slot allocations, and flight permits.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings, monitor in-flight operations, and lead post-flight debriefings.
- Oversee flight planning, operational approvals, permits, and procurement of flight-related supplies.
- Any other duties as assigned, including (but not limited to) tactical monitoring of flight planning variables, flight planning systems, or other projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in flight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Comfortable working with operational and technical documentation and procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations and operational procedures (FAA, Cayman, San Marino preferred)
- Proven experience in managing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operational activities, including dispatch, organization, and quality management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and flight planning/operational software.
- High attention to detail, strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work independently, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Singaporean or PR only.

Job Description
You will be working in Scoot Flight Operations Department to:
Render operations and engineering related technical support in the day-to-day running of the Scoot aircraft fleets.
Undertake airplane performance, airport evaluation, and payload studies and routing evaluations.
Undertake Flight Planning tasks.
Keep operations manuals such as Airplane Flight Manuals, Flight Crew Operations Manuals, Minimum Equipment Lists, Electronic Forms, etc. for the various Scoot fleets up to date and seek approval from the authority.
Work with various departments, authorities and aircraft manufacturers on operational and technical matters pertaining to flight operations.
Assist the management pilots with operational instructions to flight crew in respect of aircraft configuration changes, regulation changes, etc.
Invoice verifications.
Undertake Flight Ops Procuring Function such as contract vetting and negotiation with suppliers.
Administrative and Documentation Support for Flight Ops Department.
Focal for all Foreign and Local regulatory applications.
Administrator of various Flight Ops systems.
Create, check and issue Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) for all Scoot's Aircraft fleets.
Administrate the iPads issued to all crew for operational use.
Required Skills
A good Degree, Aeronautical Engineering (preferred).
Proficient in Excel.
Good in Mathematics.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Aviation industry. Other required training in specific aircraft types will be provided. Good knowledge in aircraft systems of any specific modern aircraft is essential.
Good communicative and inter-personal skills and the ability to write, speak and present clearly and to interact with co-workers of all levels.
Ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, analyse, rationalise in solving problems and work both independently and in a team.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Position Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent you will provide assistance to passengers and crew throughout the different stages of travel through our Jet Aviation FBO's. The job incumbent will be the main point of contact for service requests, inquiries, suggestions and complaints.
