Wise is looking for an AI & Growth focused SEO Content Specialist. This is a content strategy role responsible for the planning and production of SEO optimized blog content primarily in English-speaking APAC blog locales (like Wise's SG, AU, PH blog to name a few) to help generate increasing organic visitors and customers for Wise, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools to scale high-quality content development and optimize production processes. The role will be based in our Singapore office.
In this role, you'll take a more long-term strategic view of their locales and use their SEO skills combined with advanced AI tool implementation to identify and fix more complex problems to drive even more growth.

Your Mission:

What good looks like:
The content specialist is responsible for planning, publishing content (not writing content) and generating new customers. Experience with SEO combined with AI tool expertise and demonstrated content quality standards is required in identifying big opportunities, planning, executing and reporting. Someone at this level will be able to independently come up with the KPIs and success metrics for any growth projects, including AI implementation impact. The core KPIs are:
- Production: Content delivered against plan
- Performance: New customers, registrations and customer value
- SEO metrics: Content and locale organic traffic growth, new SERP features
- Quality & AI impact: Measurable improvements in content production processes and scalability without compromising content quality or user value
Qualifications
You'd be a great fit for this role if:
- You're located and legally authorised to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship
- You must have a good understanding and experience utilizing SEO AI Tools in your day to day, and experience developing automation processes to boost productivity
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English - our internal communication language is English, so this is a must
- You have a keen eye for content quality, and can assess readability with a native speaker proficiency
- You have a great eye for detail and what makes 'good' content when it comes to words and visuals; from small copy changes to fixing blog articles in bulk
- It's a plus if you yourself used Wise or similar products to move / manage your money internationally
- You love data. From traffic numbers to conversion rates, you understand how to measure the performance of your work
- You're great at building relationships and working with people outside of your own team to get things done (e.g. local freelancers, other teams at Wise)
- You thrive in a culture of autonomy and not afraid to take full ownership of your content plans from start to finish
It'll be a plus if:
