Description and Requirements

Role:

Head of GTAP eCommerce is a Senior leadership position within the Lenovo AP eCommerce division that reports directly to GM/Executive Director of AP eCommerce/Direct Sales.

This role leads the online/direct sales over ASEAN, HK, TW, Korea + ANZ.

Currently GTAP region have established eCommerce business and leaders to own P&L of each respective country and this role is to supervise these leaders to drive the business to achieve targeted unit (market share), revenue, gross margin as well as pre-tax income.

The major levers to control this business are pricing, site merchandising, online/offline marketing with spending authorization, product selection, HC capacity control but not restricted to these items.

Key Interaction with:

  • GTAP Vice President and CFO
  • Country Managers of GTAP countries, GMs of indirect sales divisions– for alignment of sales strategies
  • Leaders in supply chain, post-sales support, brand marketing and 4P management
  • AP eCommerce Sales Ops Manager, who consolidates/manages strategies, financials, and analytics
  • eCommerce 4P team and merchandising team (own team)
  • Global web production team
  • Global eCommerce teams with subject matter expertise for effective utilization of consistency and best practice sharing

Requirement:

Must Have

  • 15+ years of Experience in driving D2C business (Lenovo.com)
  • Leadership experience in eCommerce business (driving sales via Internet)
  • Sales target ownership (preferably P&L)
  • People management (coaching, hiring, mentoring, organization structuring)

Good to Have

  • General Manager experience with P&L ownership
  • Experience in eCommerce demand generation (media planning, campaign planning, expense management, agency management)
  • 4P management

As part of the E-commerce team under Eu Yan Sang Singapore , this role is responsible for driving online performance through the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, and Criteo. The E-commerce Digital Executive will set up and manage campaign tracking, product feed updates, SEO efforts, and performance reporting to support traffic growth and conversion targets, as well as assisting on daily orders processing. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong command of tools like SFCC, GA4, and GTM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implements and manages sponsored campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, Bing and Criteo for traffic and conversions together with Marketing Team.
  • Setting up and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget is in line with the estimated budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Monthly update on product feed for dynamic ads for remarketing purpose.
  • Develops social media plans and drive awareness for key products and newly launched products.
  • Close collaboration with Marketers, Designers on digital marketing consistency.
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Monthly performance reporting and channel analysis on web and mobile ecommerce.
  • Competitors’ site study to identify opportunities for competitive improvement.
  • Works with e-comm team on products placement and accurate pricing for an effective promotional campaign.
  • Works closely with mobile app developers on deep linking, Facebook API Integration, Firebase/GA4 set up.
  • Develops social media plans for mobile app.
  • Develops and executes on-page SEO, include product content and URL structure.
  • Monitors organic traffic and search ranking with the use of SEMrush for SEO.
  • Assist with daily E-com Operations (Orders and Fulfilment)
  • Willing to learn and explore new platforms and technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SFCC.
  • Experience in tracking SEM / SEO and well as good understanding of GTM
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Overview

What the role is:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for executing performance-focused integrated campaigns to effectively market our digital properties and initiatives, through both digital and social media channels, to the workforce. One who is analytical, adaptable, and committed to orchestrating best-in-class digital-led campaigns, as well as constantly looks out for growth opportunities and relevant strategies to raise the bar of our digital and social media marketing efforts through performance tracking and indicators.

What you will be working on
  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) to support events, user acquisition, and service adoption. Develop content and assets that align with campaign objectives, working with external agencies. Ensure messaging is optimised for conversion across platforms.
  2. Performance Marketing: Monitor and optimise campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights. Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign outcomes. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI. Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including pixels, UTM tagging, and dashboards to monitor user journeys and campaign effectiveness. Optimise creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and media mix based on campaign data and performance trends.
  3. Owned Channel Deployment: Coordinate campaign rollout across owned channels such as eDMs, websites, and social media. Ensure message consistency and asset alignment with campaign objectives. Plan and manage content scheduling to support campaign timelines and outreach goals.
  4. Tracking & Reporting: Analyse paid and owned channel marketing outcomes to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance. Prepare monthly performance reports for internal and external stakeholder updates.
What we are looking for
  • >3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Able to commit for the full contract duration
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to create engaging social media posts and assets
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external teams
  • Be highly creative, analytical, meticulous, and an effective communicator
