You will support and advise the HOD in the overall operational management, leadership and oversight for the performance and outcome of the department as well as SingHealth Shared Services and Facilities & Infrastructure Development.

This involves preparation of both long and short-term strategic vision and meticulous planning to ensure not only the continuous and uninterrupted operations of buildings, plant, and equipment and all infrastructural assets and facilities but also ensure the timely replacement of equipment and fixtures.

You will be an active participant in the department's role as the consultants, project manager and executor to minor renovation, upgrading projects and other facility management matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds inclusive of appropriate preventative maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Direct programs to operate facilities and systems in a safe and efficient manner
  • Carries out budgeting and scheduling of major capital projects related to the hospital
  • Provides technical assistance to Facilities colleagues and staff in defining and evaluating engineering requirement
  • Co-ordinate minor renovation projects with contractors, engineers, and appropriate authorities
  • Provide support for all inspections and acceptance activities relating to minor renovation, upgrading and remodelling works
  • Represent the hospital for all inspections and acceptance activities projects relating to new construction, expansion or modification of facilities and equipment
  • Ensure proposal of any facilities related works and design complies with Design and Safety requirements and Sustainability requirement (Green.Gov)
  • Co-ordinates and implement hospital's various Quality Management Systems such as QMS, BCM, OSHAS, BizSafe, JCI, etc
  • Work under broad guidelines and direction in accordance with professional standards and established policies
  • Implement Quality Assurance and inspection procedures to monitor work quality and equipment performance
  • Liaise and conduct meetings, and render advice to various bodies such as Singapore Land Authority, Land Transport Authority, MOH, NEA, BCA, FSSB and etc
  • Render "round-the-clock" fault reporting and helpdesk services
  • Plan and implement "good-practice" procedures to achieve energy efficiency and assist in introducing innovations/ technologies in FM Digitalisation and Transformation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline

Roles & Responsibilities

Introduction:

Process integration lead in development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements.

Your Job:

● Process integration lead in development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements.

● DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.

● Partner process module engineers to improve device/yield performance.

● Own and drive technical process problem solving.

● Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.

● Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.

● Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement.

Other Responsibilities:


• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

● Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

● >2 year's relevant experience for PhD, >5 years for Degree.

● Wafer Fab process integration experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus.

● Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.

● Excellent analytical and optimization skills.

● Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

  • Plan and lead M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring sessions are purposeful and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Document and disseminate outcomes of stakeholder discussions to all relevant parties.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants to consolidate and capture stakeholder requirements.
  • Monitor design and construction progress to align with overall project timelines.
  • Prepare and present M&E design proposals for management approval.
  • Review contract documentation and specifications, including terms and conditions, and post-defects liability maintenance requirements.
  • Participate in site coordination activities, such as addressing technical issues, reviewing user-driven requests, mock-ups, and testing & commissioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with project management exposure.
  • Experience in healthcare-related projects is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, system integration, and smart technologies is a plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and participate in cable tunnel Consultancy and Civil Work tender
  • Collaboration with the Authorities, Consultants and Contractor for project execution
  • Project schedule management and monitoring and reporting to Head of Section (Cable Tunnel)
  • Project budget and Capex monitoring and reporting to Head of Section (Cable Tunnel)
  • Oversee the RI/TOP schedule and ensure the handover process is properly managed

What You'll Need:

  • Possess a Degree Civil Engineering and above or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in planning, design and/or construction of underground projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing tunnelling works of similar scale, complexity, and nature
  • Experience in cable tunnel projects will be advantage
