This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and program execution expertise. You'll serve as the bridge between business strategy, process transformation and engineering execution, personally driving programs that deliver real business impact. While this is a manager-level position, you'll initially focus on direct program leadership with a plan to build a team as the portfolio grows. This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead innovative process, data and technology transformation efforts that power critical decision-making and platform evolution across a complex, globally distributed ecosystem and stakeholder base.

Ensure effective communication across teams and ensure all parties are aligned on priorities. Hold your partners accountable to deliverables.
- Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Create and maintain project plans. Ensure that all resources are being used efficiently and that potential bottlenecks are identified and resolved proactively.

- Technical Proficiency: Define business requirements and work with Product Managers to translate into actionable technical requirements.
- Functional Validation: Ensure the feature/s developed by engineering team meet the intended business goals and user needs. This includes confirming that the feature fulfills the customer or user stories as expected.
