Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in the retail industry

  • Solid business acumen, with proven ability to understand various business situations effectively and make sound judgments and decisions
  • Extensive data management skills, including but not limited to data analysis, data modeling, database management, data governance, and proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel or Tableau
  • Experience with AI/ML models and their application in data management and insights generation
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, delegate and implement strategies, programs and projects successfully

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
  • Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
  • Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
  • Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
  • Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE N/O levels/NITEC
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
  • At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field

Description

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the DSI Singapore site lead-including hiring, onboarding, and long-term team development - Lead technical and organizational aspects of follow-the-sun delivery, collaborating with US teams to maintain alignment and momentum across time zones, while ensuring the reliability, governance, and production-readiness of our AI-ready data and application pipelines - Lead cutting-edge initiatives to modernize internal systems and improve efficiency, developer experience, and scalability - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams across DSI and the rest of the company - Uphold best practices in service design, observability, integration, and lifecycle management - Partner with US based managers for dotted-line reporting (as needed) - Mentor team members to build deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership capacity

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing or technically leading full-stack engineering teams
  • Proven track record designing and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems or internal platforms
  • Hands-on fluency with modern backend development and cloud-native architecture (e.g., micro-services, APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability stacks)
  • Experience working with distributed teams, especially in follow-the-sun or hub-and-spoke models
  • Deep understanding of system integration, cross-service architecture, and data flow across business domains
  • Demonstrated success in partnering across engineering teams and driving platform-wide initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale internal platform efforts, such as developer tooling, system modernization, or data infrastructure
  • Familiarity with data governance, AI/ML enablement, or building services that support experimentation and inference workflows

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our ASEAN Corporate Sales team as an Associate Sales Director. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving new business across both existing accounts and new logos, with a specialization in Non-Financial Corporates (NFCs).

The successful candidate will lead sales efforts across a dynamic portfolio of solutions, including Economics, Trade, Supply Chain, Maritime, and Logistics intelligence. You will report to the ASEAN Corporate Sales Lead, working closely with subject matter experts, product, marketing, and client support teams to deliver solutions that solve our clients' most pressing operational and strategic challenges.

You'll be joining a global team of 14,000+ analysts, economists, data scientists, and technology specialists, all focused on delivering real-time insight to help clients outperform in a rapidly evolving world. Key responsibilities:

Own and drive a pure new business mandate across assigned segments and territories

What we are looking for:

Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger or SPIN Selling or similar.

Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
