Our client in TMT sector is looking for an experienced Big Data Pre-sales (Architect) to join their team.
Your new company
You will be working with a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
Your new role
As Pre-sales (Big Data Architect), you will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing massive data infrastructures
- Defining technological architecture and data processing strategies to meet the analytical and business needs of the organization
- Understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
- Monitoring the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies
- Creating reports and technology roadmaps and shares knowledge and insights with others.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Data Science and Analytics or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant studies
- Proven technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling
- Good knowledge at least one cloud vendor
- Hands-on experience in Big data architecture/ engineering
- Familiar with Hadoop, AMW EMR, RedShift, Google BigQuery, Cloudera, Snowflake, Nobase, Flink
- Able to travel across the region more than 50% of the time
