- Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with SFRS/IFRS standards.
- Draft statutory financial statements, notes, and disclosures ensuring compliance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements.
- Review and analyze management accounts from corporate and regional subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Provide high-quality financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Liaise with external auditors to resolve queries and support audit processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Accounting with ACCA or CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, with hands-on group consolidation experience being essential.
- Prior audit experience is required, with Big4 accounting firm experience being a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS.
