Responsibilities- Lead business development and grow client accounts across the region.
- Promote HR solutions (RPO, executive search, workforce consulting) to MNCs, SMEs, and government-linked bodies.
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.

We are looking to replace our Regional Director E-Commerce South Est Asia and Pacific for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems during her maternity/parental leave for a period of minimum 6 months starting Mid-January 2026. As temporary Regional Director of E-commerce, your core mission is to drive online revenue growth by building and optimizing a high-performing digital ecosystem. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets for your region and hotel portfolio.
You will lead, empower, and accelerate the region's online business performance across all hotels.
