Responsibilities of Quality Director :
- QMS Strategy & Compliance: Develop and lead the quality strategy in line with business goals. Maintain QMS effectiveness and compliance with ISO and relevant standards.
- Policies & Standards: Set and enforce company-wide quality policies and procedures. Regularly update them to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Audits & Certifications: Conduct internal and supplier audits. Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain all required certifications.
- Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality programs. Collaborate with procurement on vendor assessments and material quality requirements.
- Product Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance and testing processes to ensure product specifications and performance expectations are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key quality KPIs. Report trends and improvement opportunities to senior management.

- Customer Focus: Work closely with sales and business teams to align quality efforts with customer needs. Manage and resolve customer quality concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in engineering field

Reporting to the QA Manager and working closely with the Mechanical Manager, the QC Supervisor for Mechanical is responsible for overseeing the mechanical execution works performed by the EPC contractors, ensuring strict adherence to contractual quality requirements, engineering specifications, applicable codes, and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests to verify that mechanical installations and repairs adhere to design technical specifications, codes, and quality standards
- Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant industry codes, project specifications, company policies, and contractual obligations
- Oversee critical mechanical activities including material inspection, installation, welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), pressure testing, and final alignment and pre-commissioning checks
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and auditable records of all inspection activities, equipment history, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation
