- Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and defect tracking tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JIRA).
- Familiarity with front-end, back-end, and full-stack validation to ensure end-to-end quality of digital solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS testing, content authoring workflows, front-end validation, SEO, and accessibility testing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Leadership: Lead the QA function within the squad, defining quality standards, processes, and automation strategies across frontend, backend, and cloud-based systems.

Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, including 4+ years in a QA Lead or Development Lead capacity.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of manual and automated testing for web and API layers.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or Rest Assured.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS-based environments (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda).
- Domain Knowledge:
