• Collaborate with the Project Director/Manager to provide strategic project planning support, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and manage baseline and working program schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment requests to clients, incorporating progress updates and physical work-done (progress percentage), in conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team and construction coordination.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project life cycles and be proficient in the use of planning software such as Primavera 6.
• Manage and control construction schedule updates, revisions of master programs/schedules, and other planning/control documents to include planned work, actual progress, revised activities, revised sequence, additional works, and additional time.
