We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) to assist to manage the end-to-end process of a building construction project. He/She will be assigned to the Project Team handling either the Building or the Lab project. He/She is expected to oversee all aspects of the projects and account for:
- Milestones Attainment
- Meeting Timeline
- Leverage the Consultants' skills/experience to ensure specifications/ viability of project are on target.
- Work with internal stakeholders - to ensure buy-in/support.
- Work with external stakeholders and manage the delivery.
- Cost Optimization of the Project to drive costs down.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field from established university.
- Proven experience in leading build projects from initiation to project closure
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is a MUST.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Project Planning:
- Manage a portfolio of projects with defined project scope and objectives.
