What you will be working on
The incumbent will take on the key role to shape and implement strategic partnerships plans to build mindshare, expand market outreach, enhance ActiveSG's offerings and revenue growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
• To analyse ActiveSG assets and identify gaps to establish strategies to attract deep and sustainable partnerships.
• To develop strategic partnership proposals to drive specific outcomes.
• To expand and deepen engagement with partners to extend reach and reputation.
• To understand and review ActiveSG's offerings and analysis of data to recommend new growth areas.
• To put up recommendation of innovation solutions and develop action plans for implementation of selected growth initiatives and ideas.
• To seek out emerging trends for review on feasibility for roll out at ActiveSG's sport centres.
• To monitor and fine-tune details to ensure sustainability in the long term.
• To track, analyse and manage the performance of each partnership.
• To conceptualise and develop value propositions for win-win partnerships.
• To manage and nurture relationships and build longer term mindshare and collaborations.
• To ensure that all financial and administrative processes relating to partnerships meet SportSG's Financial Regulations.
• To engage in arrears management processes to ensure that revenues due from partnerships are duly collected and bad debts are minimised.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.
This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• At least 7 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous, independent, organised, able to work under pressure and carry out work responsibilities with minimum supervision.
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contact for all banking needs.
• Conduct regular review with clients to understand their business operations, financial performance, and banking requirements
• Advise clients on a wide range of financial services, including loans, deposits, cash management and trade finance requirements
• Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to meet clients' evolving needs
• Work closely with internal teams (eg. product specialists, credit analysts) to design and implement financial solutions that meet client's requirement
• Monitor clients' financial health and industry trends to proactively address needs and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal policies
Job Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
• At least 10 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
• Deep understanding of the Consumer Goods industry landscape
• Highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

This role is to support SEA market for DTC streaming service engagement between local business and global technology stakeholders.
Job Summary
- This is a critical role in supporting Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology business strategy and practice in the highly diverse SEA markets.
- Be the main technology interface to DTC business stakeholder, lead the engagement with stakeholder throughout technology development and deployment cycle, Ensure business and technology alignment at all time.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate relevant technology resource to initiate product development project accordingly
- Lead the business impact assessment for proposed technology and operational solutions, by working with cross functional team ((such as legal, finance, HR etc) ) in APAC and US headquarters.
- Temporally, at as project manager during transition stage (may last 1 to 2 years).
Responsibilities And Duties Of The Role
- Understand business priority, gather and anticipate business requirement as needed
- Business impact analysis for proposed technology solution, and acquire go/no go decision from relevant stakeholder
- Be the escalation point and resolution owner for any conflict/misalignment between tech and business.
