What you will be working on

The incumbent will take on the key role to shape and implement strategic partnerships plans to build mindshare, expand market outreach, enhance ActiveSG's offerings and revenue growth.
Role and Responsibilities:

• To analyse ActiveSG assets and identify gaps to establish strategies to attract deep and sustainable partnerships.

• To develop strategic partnership proposals to drive specific outcomes.

• To expand and deepen engagement with partners to extend reach and reputation.

• To understand and review ActiveSG's offerings and analysis of data to recommend new growth areas.

• To put up recommendation of innovation solutions and develop action plans for implementation of selected growth initiatives and ideas.

• To seek out emerging trends for review on feasibility for roll out at ActiveSG's sport centres.

• To monitor and fine-tune details to ensure sustainability in the long term.

• To track, analyse and manage the performance of each partnership.

• To conceptualise and develop value propositions for win-win partnerships.

• To manage and nurture relationships and build longer term mindshare and collaborations.

• To ensure that all financial and administrative processes relating to partnerships meet SportSG's Financial Regulations.

• To engage in arrears management processes to ensure that revenues due from partnerships are duly collected and bad debts are minimised.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.
This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:

• At least 7 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Meticulous, independent, organised, able to work under pressure and carry out work responsibilities with minimum supervision.
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.

Develop global channel partner strategy and the playbook for compliance and commercial alignment
Oversee the selection of channel partners in the regions and ensure agreements align with the channel strategy
Assess and measure the outcome of the Channel Partner Program by region
Develops and coordinates the pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel Partners
Act as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on partner strategy, performance, and issue resolution
Representing the company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Enforce adherence to corporate compliance policies, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and export controls
Setting up new CPs and owning projects regarding channel partners
Develop and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, compliance status, and risk indicators
Understand the basics of our CP application software and be able to help answer any questions for CPs
Establishes framework for Fee For Service (FFS) to get Net Distributor Prices
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel – occasional up to 20% of the time
Must have a valid driver’s license
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Proficiency in CRM and partner management platforms
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance policies, and audit processes
Experience utilizing continuous improvement tools

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Strategic Partnership and Vendor Management Office within the Strategic Delivery function. This role is pivotal in driving value through our key technology partnerships and other strategic vendors—while overseeing the governance, performance, and optimization of our broader vendor ecosystem.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead and manage high-impact relationships with strategic technology partners
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business and technology goals.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic partners, ensuring mutual value creation and innovation.
  • Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements, joint initiatives, and co-investment opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs

Vendor Management Office (VMO)

  • Establish and lead the Vendor Management Office, including governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
  • Oversee the full vendor lifecycle: selection, onboarding, performance management, renewal, and exit.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement vendor risk management practices and ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the vendor landscape.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of partnership and vendor management professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Business Units.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on partnership and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic partnership management, vendor governance, or technology sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems and platforms (e.g., cloud, SaaS, infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex vendor relationships and large-scale contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field;
