What You'll Be Doing
Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and guide families through the registration process with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care coordination
- Communicate clearly with families about payment policies and intake procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
- Provide support to walk-in guests and ensure a welcoming environment
Supporting a Safe & Comfortable Therapy Environment
- Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the center
- Manage inventory and order supplies (pantry, stationery, therapy equipment)
- Ensure therapy equipment is maintained and secure
- Handle mail, courier services, and general administrative tasks
Ensuring Accurate Billing & Timely Collections
- Generate invoices and reconcile billing with therapy hours
- Send reminders for overdue payments and follow up on collections
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields
- Prior experience inhealthcare or childcare is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with clinic management systems
- Bonus: Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing
- Strong communication,organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
