Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels through effective forecasting, replenishment planning, and application of stock control concepts such as safety stock and working stock.
- Analyze stock movement and purchase order data to optimize inventory allocation and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Parts Store and Users) to streamline the demand and supply process.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support forecasting and supply decisions, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and manage stock orders and distribution to ensure consistent stock availability across multiple store locations in line with KPIs.
- Coordinate with external parties including forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination between the warehouse and operations team.
- Uphold workplace safety and housekeeping standards in all inventory-related activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Strong in demand planning, inventory analysis, and vendor management
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with inventory systems

- Liaise with Sales & Marketing to understand the rolling forecast and plan materials to provide assurance of supply.
- Work closely with production sites to review the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) in the supply planning system.
- Understand capacity constraints and proactively highlight potential risks to customer supply.
- Optimise Finished Good Inventory (FGI) levels in line with forecast demand and safety stock levels, ensuring customer supply is maintained whilst managing business cost.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
- Post-graduate or professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPIM, APICS) are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain planning function.
- At least 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
- Experience with supply planning tools/software in fast-paced, volatile markets (e.g., Consumer Electronics, FMCG).
- Strong understanding of MRP and replenishment processes.
- Knowledge of best-practice inventory management and safety stock policies.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Lead and own the remediation of the global forecasting tool (FuturMaster) with the new global ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) for the countries within the scope of the deployments,

- Monitor and challenge performance and adherence of tools/processes to identify areas where local entities require support.
- Prepare, drive and deliver Zone initiatives within the approved governance, including development of functional specifications.
- Manage the regional requests for configuration changes to global tools via the IT demands management procedure.
- Animate and upskill the community of demand planners within the region,
delivering user training on core processes, tools, reports etc.

The APAC & MEA Demand Planning and S&OP Manager will be accountable for leading the Supply Chain team to secure sustainable and high performing operation including partner service provider for Convatec in APAC and MEA markets. You will be responsible in leading the supply chain strategic direction thru Demand Planning and S&OP Process, manage Supply and inventory management, product life cycle management as well as managing regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning and S&OP Process:
- Manage the Regions demand plans over the planning horizon driving corrective actions, and reconciliation with the Regional Demand Planning, Financials and Commercial teams.
- Owner of the Regional forecasting tool including all data inputs per the update cycles
- Actively develop the relationship with Regional Commercial and Financial teams to build Regional/Market knowledge over a 5-year horizon. (Strat Planning)
- Own, monitor and publish performance metrics & reports e.g. Business Unit dashboard and status reports. Includes development and maintaining KPI's.
2. Supply & Inventory Management:
- Accountable for finished goods inventory including regional DC for the Business Units within the Region.
- Review and align actions, allocation for any constraints items to mitigate BO risk proactively including appropriate communication to stakeholders.
- Review excess inventory and obsolescence and provide re-active and pro-active steps to reduce risk with close coordination with the commercial and financial teams.
- Identify areas for improved efficiency in service and inventory and align SAP parameters accordingly.
- Proactively monitor ageing stock, making recommendations to the Commercial and Supply Planning teams to reduce write offs
3. Product Life Cycle Management including the changes impacts regulation:
- Accountable for the Business Unit product portfolio, new product launches, CCR changes impacting on markets and end of life activities.
- Accountable for systems being aligned during launch, impacting on markets and discontinuation processes.
- Reduce risk by communicating clearly with Commercial teams by identifying deviations from launch or discontinuation plans.
- Accountable for any changes which impacts inventory requirements. E.g., pack design change which needs stock build up for existing version of stock before the registration completion for Taiwan.
4. Others:
- Ensure building appropriate team structure aligning with strategic direction.
- Owns the annual budget development and delivery to that annual distribution budget.
- Support GEM/GSC projects and markets on a need basis.
- Ensure team members are engaged and appropriately trained to meet set standards and receive targeted coaching and development as required, maintaining a focus on achieving positive customer and patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Min 15 years experience across critical Supply Chain areas (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Execution, Logistics, Inventory Management)
- Min 5 years in planning functions (Demand planning, S&OP) and leading team across multiple locations.
- Certification with CPIM or CSCP (APICS Certification highly preferred)
- Experience managing a customer service team, including implementation and measurement of customer experience initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others with empathy, encouragement and sufficient challenge / stretch.
- Experience managing 3rd party providers, ensuring consistent delivery to agreed standards and maximising value outcomes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority, building consensus through collaboration across functions and all organizational levels.
