Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels through effective forecasting, replenishment planning, and application of stock control concepts such as safety stock and working stock.
- Analyze stock movement and purchase order data to optimize inventory allocation and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Parts Store and Users) to streamline the demand and supply process.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support forecasting and supply decisions, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and manage stock orders and distribution to ensure consistent stock availability across multiple store locations in line with KPIs.
- Coordinate with external parties including forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination between the warehouse and operations team.
- Uphold workplace safety and housekeeping standards in all inventory-related activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Strong in demand planning, inventory analysis, and vendor management
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with inventory systems

Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain planning function.
- At least 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
