This position is key to ensuring product availability, minimizing waste and obsolescence, and supporting regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, regulatory, and sales to align supply with demand and enhance inventory operations that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal product availability across distribution centers and customer sites.
- Forecast demand using sales trends, seasonal patterns, market intelligence, and healthcare-specific data to maintain balanced and accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage inventory across all warehouse locations, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
- Standardize and optimize inventory levels to improve efficiency and service delivery across all facilities.
- Track and flag aged, slow-moving, or near-expiry inventory; coordinate with sales to prioritize redistribution or liquidation strategies.

- Tertiary orBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- Post-graduate or professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPIM, APICS) are an advantage.
Job Requirement (Experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain planning function.
- At least 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
- Experience with supply planning tools/software in fast-paced, volatile markets (e.g., Consumer Electronics, FMCG).
