About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join our steam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring the seamless distribution of medical devices across our warehouses and customer locations.

This position is key to ensuring product availability, minimizing waste and obsolescence, and supporting regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal product availability across distribution centers and customer sites.

  • Monitor and manage inventory across all warehouse locations, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • Tertiary orBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management; experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools and inventory models.
  • Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and demand planning platforms.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting techniques.

Education/Qualification

  • Post-graduate or professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPIM, APICS) are an advantage.

Job Requirement (Experience)

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain planning function.
  • At least 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
  • Experience with supply planning tools/software in fast-paced, volatile markets (e.g., Consumer Electronics, FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of MRP and replenishment processes.
