About the Role
As an Inventory Executive , you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations across internal and external storage facilities. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating import/export activities, driving process improvements, and maintaining a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple storage facilities
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize SAP, C4C, and RFID systems to maintain accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records
- Coordinate import/export shipment activities to minimize delays and optimize logistics
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock takes
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Proficient in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Handle heavy materials when required (e.g. ~ 5kg to 20kg)
