About the Role

As an Inventory Executive , you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations across internal and external storage facilities. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating import/export activities, driving process improvements, and maintaining a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple storage facilities
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize SAP, C4C, and RFID systems to maintain accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records
  • Coordinate import/export shipment activities to minimize delays and optimize logistics
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock takes
  • Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management
  • Proficient in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Forklift license is an advantage
  • Handle heavy materials when required (e.g. ~ 5kg to 20kg)

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Prepare PO to order goods

  • Monitor stock level and maintain healthy safety stocks and place order for replenishment
