Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Manage full-cycle monthly payrolls, including CPF submissions and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with local employment laws and internal standards.
- Handle leave administration, medical claims, and insurance matters.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.

Requirements

- Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME or logistics/supply chain environment.
- Proven experience managing full HR Spectrum independently.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
