The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting or relevant certification and 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping. Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices for Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Maintain daily cashbook and record all bank transactions for Cashbook & Bank Reconciliation
  • Post journal entries accurately in the accounting system for Data Booking & Reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or CAT/LCCI certification
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, or bookkeeping
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) for communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Familiarity with accounting software Xero is an advantage

  • Process and Product Knowledge

  • Team Support and Collaboration
    • Support senior finance team members with various projects and ad hoc tasks, contributing to overall team efficiency and objectives.
Prior Work Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles is required.
  • Experience in an investment company or family office is highly desirable.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable.
