• Conduct routine monitoring, spot checks, servicing of all building facilities such as central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter replacement, compressors, BMS, plumbing, HVAC equipment and electrical system
• Attend to all facilities work and M&E installations as well as to co-ordinate with contractors in on repairing work.
• Provide support to production and assist in machine installations such as power hook-up, CDA, vacuum and process cooling water, exhaust pipe and other set-up in the production floor.
• Ensure uptime operations of Air Conditioning (ACMV) systems, Compress Dryer system , Vacuum Pump system ,Process Chilled water and SCADA System
• Handle emergency events and be part of ERT Team
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and local authorities on building maintenance system

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering and Facility Management qualifications.
• It will be an added advantage if you have/are any of the following:

1. Knowledge on ISO and OHSAS18K management system
2. Experience in facility and /or building management
3. Working knowledge in cleanroom environment

• Able to perform 12-hour shift roster (Day and Night shifts required)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the normal operation of hotel equipment and facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

Maintenance Management

• T plan corrective and preventive maintenance work, assist in analysing operational failures and derive a pattern recognition model for predictive maintenance.

• T lead the outsources services providers in the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Protection system, Electrical and Generator, PA, and all Building related Services System.

• S t a standard of workmanship by keeping abreast with best practices and continually roll out new initiatives such as control guidelines, audits, and check list.

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage efficiently
• Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort are within acceptable limit
• Plan and supervise all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, priorities and reallocate resource when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization
• Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meeting, and provide update, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and system
• Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation
• Perform standby/duty to attend to system fault or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
• Minimise all facilities, building and services system downtime during operation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV works or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and health and safety protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineering team members.
