The APAC Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities engineering of both traditional office and technical facilities throughout APAC. - The role is responsible for leading the performance and governance of Integrated Facilities management (IFM) service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Efficient service delivery across office and technical spaces
- A key focus is placed on risk management, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining operational continuity
- Act as technical SME to manage and lead Capex & Opex projects, including minor works, infrastructure upgrade and mission critical facility enhancements
- Ownership for Hard Services budget management Capex & Opex
- Lead regional IFM technical programs, ensuring global alignment while addressing APAC-specific operational requirements
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement for the Facilities and Real Estate team leveraging our internal and externals partners in the region.Ownership and management to ensure all spaces are fully operational without disruption to the business
- Lead the facilities engineering risk framework, ensure all maintenance, repair and project activities comply with industry standards
- Ownership and management of statutory compliance framework
- Ownership and management of utilities ensuring usage, billing and efficient operation are maintained
- Provide subject manager expertise (SME) support to regional teams on engineering operations,technical specifications and infrastructure planning

- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing of down equipment in the production floor.
- Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running
at yield specified
- Assist Engineer in fanning out of engineering activities.
- Participate in housekeeping activities, consolidate and maintain equipment parts in the inventory system
- Able to perform 12h shift (Day Shift) / office hour shift
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and teamwork are essential.
