Location: Braddell

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

  • Monday – Thursday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Responsibilities:

Morning (8:00am – 12:30pm)

  • Provide frontline verification service to foreign workers at the counter.
  • Handle backend duties such as extracting workers’ data, preparing e-certificates, and sending them via email.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Afternoon (1:30pm – 5:30pm, Mon–Thurs / 1:30pm – 5:00pm, Fri)

  • Assist in replying to customer queries via the Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) on matters related to the Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS).

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Organized, meticulous, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
