JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Managing Event Logistics and Operations

  • Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.

Job Title: Event Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule Flypacks and Outdoor Broadcasting (OB) units to maximize utilization.
  • Understand the functional differences and similarities between various OB solutions.
  • Communicate availability to stakeholders and identify potential conflicts.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules for all departments.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales department to maximize revenue opportunities and utilization.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure clarity on timelines and locations.
  • Coordinate with in-house engineering to understand technical limitations.
  • Support the finance team with forecasts as requested.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Operate independently for most day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in broadcast television and logistics.
  • A quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
