We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and creative Digital Marketing Director to lead our retail company's digital marketing, e-commerce, and revenue growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Growth
- Take full ownership of digital sales performance, with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Job Description:
- Conceptualise digital media strategies to optimise user experience in-app and across Facebook and Google Ads
- Develop tools to automate campaign building and feed management processes to help streamline team workflow
- Manage the setup, development and maintenance of Online Marketing infrastructure, including tracking, feed, pages, data
- Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when directed by team lead
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Analytical, comfortable with data, numbers-driven
- Interested in product development
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL or Python
- Full-time interns preferred
