About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Technician for a 2-month contract role focused on quality checking (QCing) the shade accuracy and quality of ink application of dental crowns produced by our new inkjet printing system. The person will play an important role in ensuring aesthetic precision by qualifying and validating the shade and stain application of printed crowns against standard references.

This is a critical workstream for Dandy as we scale. This role will help us move quickly while we develop this novel technology in Singapore, and enable us to maintain a high quality bar.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily QC checks on crown shade accuracy and stain application
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain quality standards
• Learn shade design software and partner with Product, Manufacturing, and AME teams
• Document and report any inconsistencies or deviations based on established SOP
• Assess other aspects of crown quality as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a dental technician with a strong eye for shade matching
• 5+ years of experience in dental labs working on crown & bridge
• Familiarity with dental crown fabrication and aesthetics
• Availability for full-time work (8 hours/day) in Singapore for 2 months
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Must be fluent in English

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Removables Dental Technician to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and repairing removable dental prostheses to improve patients' oral function and aesthetics.

Job description:

• Read and interpret dental prescriptions and specifications to determine appropriate prosthetic design.
• Fabricate full and partial dentures, bite rims, special trays, and other removable appliances using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Create accurate models of patients' mouths from impressions provided by dental professionals.
• Repair and modify existing dentures, including relines, rebases, tooth additions, and fracture repairs.
• Ensure that all removable appliances meet quality, functional, and aesthetic standards, including proper fit and occlusion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with laboratory protocols.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a dental laboratory, specifically in removable prosthodontics.
• Formal education or certification in Dental Technology or a related field preferred.

1) Help to organize incoming and outgoing lab cases to dental clinics and record keeping

2) 95% of lab cases are Zirconia milling and stain work, using Exocad (training will be provided)
