As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, and veneers. You will work closely with our dentists and other partners to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory skills, including machining, fabrication, and inventory management. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines, and adhere to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret doctor's prescription forms
- Download digital scans & upload files for fabrication
- Operate CAD/CAM equipment such as milling machines
- Fabricate, alter or repair dental prostheses such as implant and non-implant crowns, bridges, onlays and veneers done using conventional or digital workflow
- Customise dental prostheses to match individual patient needs and specifications, ensuring proper fit and function, while following requirements in the prescription
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met before sending the case out
- Work closely with team members, dentists and other dental partners to achieve optimal outcomes for patients
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and arrange equipment servicing/repairs
- Maintain and improve operating procedures and hygiene standards at workstations
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- GCE 'O levels
- No experience required. On job training provided
