As a key member of the operations team, you will play a critical role in designing, planning, and coordinating geotechnical instrumentation projects. Your responsibilities will include proposing engineering documents for client approval, conducting on-site installations and monitoring sensors, instruments, and equipment.
As a successful Data Processor, you will be responsible for instructing, supervising, managing, and monitoring site personnel to ensure data processing, review, analysis, and submission of reports. You will also attend project meetings, schedule control, obtain permits for on-site installation, set up, and commission monitoring systems. Additionally, you will assist in designing, planning, and coordinating geotechnical instrumentation projects, providing input into health, safety, environmental, and quality policies to ensure up-to-date documentation.
You will liaise and coordinate with clients for installation and monitoring issues while overseeing all instrumentation works, including production of method statements, project quality plans, calibration, installation, data acquisition, data verification, data processing, web database, data presentation, update of instrumentation drawings, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have working experience in geotechnical instrumentation and site investigation works. They must be physically fit and able to withstand challenging working conditions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as a self-motivated approach to achieving goals under pressure.
