Responsibilities
· Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), working closely with designers to ensure visual consistency and impact.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and guide improvements.
· Support and execute digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns—including paid ads, marketing, and promotions—in collaboration with the sales teams.
· Analyze and report on digital performance metrics (e.g., conversions, engagement, trends) to optimize campaigns and user experience.
· Execute and manage email marketing campaigns using segmentation and automation tools.
· Plan and produce newsletter for customers, coordinating content and design to reinforce brand messaging and customer engagement.
· Refresh and update product listings as needed, applying market awareness and content marketing sensibility to ensure relevance and appeal.
· Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and latest marketing strategies and execution.
· Engage with online audiences, manage feedback, and support community growth.
Job Requirement
· Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
· Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
· Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Proficiency in digital analytics tools and social media insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and related analytics tools.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and copywriting skills, with solid proficiency in spoken and written English.
· Creative and strategic thinker with sound analytical skills.
· Knowledge of branding and basic graphic design principles.
