- Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Work closely with the creative and leadership teams to shape Cintra's brand identity and messaging.
- Repurpose existing content (e.g. podcast episodes, townhalls, client work) into bite-sized, shareable pieces.
- Track content performance and continuously optimize based on insights.
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management (agency or creative brand experience preferred).

What You'll Do
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Mr. Bucket's brand values and business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels) across social platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to conceptualize campaigns that tell authentic stories about our chocolates, people, and partners.
