Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, conducting post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation expertise, knowledge of construction processes and industry trends, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction or related industry, track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
Answer phone calls, take note of client enquires and respond to client
Prepare and generate monthly payrolls for all staffs (include IR21 for those who resign, annual IR8A), include monitoring of working offices for workers on sites (workers’ OT, leaves and MCs) and any other matters / issues faced by workers.
Submission of monthly CPF return to CPF Board.
Assist to apply or renew work permits thru MOM portal. Must be familiar and have some knowledge of MOM regulations about foreign workers.
Prepare of quotations to clients, source quotation from suppliers for projects
Provision of ad-hoc administrative duties / supports to management (arrange appointment with client / director)
To assist to order materials from suppliers include receiving of goods / services
To generate and email out monthly outstanding statement of accounts to clients
To records all incoming tax invoices from suppliers, all incoming tax invoices will be collated (hard-copy / soft-copy) to be submitted quarterly to company accountant .
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Must be experienced in handling foreign worker matters.
To have basic knowledge on ISO45001 and BizSAFE STAR are a plus.
Must be familiar with payroll.

The Planning Engineer develops & updates the Project Programmes, conducts relevant research, data analysis and coordinates with different disciplines to support the Senior Planning Engineer and Planning Manager in the planning and execution of Projects.
Candidate must have good understanding of an overall Project life cycle and it is proficient in the usage of Planning software such as Primavera 6.
Manage and control construction schedule
- Updates revisions of the Master Programme/Schedule and other planning/ control documents to include planned work, actual progress, revised activities, revised sequence, additional works and additional time
- Monitor resources, progress of the works and compile records
- Prepares the daily, weekly and monthly manpower and equipment report for timely submission to the Client.
- Issue regular progress and planning updates to Construction, Engineering and Contract teams
- Compiles, prepares, submits and maintains the Monthly Progress Report.
- Maintains the Monthly Progress Site Photographs/ Videos for record
Perform delay analysis and mitigate deviations
- Carry out analyses of progress and identify delays and their impact
- Monitor work progress against schedule
- Prepare recovery programmes
- Prepare substantiation records and summaries for excusable delays
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil / Building projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Work Location will be based at project site office in Changi
