About the Role
Responsible for account management activities and achieving targets for direct clients assigned.
Quantitative Responsibilities- To achieve VONB targets
- To achieve persistency targets
- To follow up and to achieve due premium targets
- To ensure agreed service levels are achieved
- Ensure renewal invitation issued to customers 6 weeks prior to expiry date
- Ensure customer enquiry and complaints responded within: 24 hours for verbal & email/48 hours for written.
- To foster positive relationships with assigned clients
- To conduct benefit review and provide recommendations for enhancements to customers
- To conduct or to assist in client communication sessions
- To ensure timely and accurate reports are delivered
- To consistently upsell and cross sell AIA's various lines of business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years related industry experience
- Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9
