- Drive sales revenue, develop new business and engage local and regional clients;
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for clients;
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new leads and new business opportunities using a variety of channels, i.e. networking, referrals, social selling, events, cold outreach etc.;
- Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-quality prospects and nurture long-term relationships with existing and past clients;
- Develop and support marketing strategies, formulating & implementing business plans in order to meet sales targets and business goals;
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with clients through proactive communication and timely respond to needs;

- Make visits to our clients to identify and expand opportunities with key existing regional accounts in Singapore and other regions for cross-selling and up-selling;
- Coordinate training programs, marketing activities and any emergency service requests;
- Prepare service proposals, statistical reports, and training evaluation to corporate clients;
- Collect market information and reflect client feedback to support the company's business planning activity;
- Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value-added solutions & services for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Psychology or other related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or client relationship management roles—preferably in a consulting, HR services, or professional services environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, professional integrity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, creative, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and lean team environment
