Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive our financial strategy, manage risk, and strengthen operational efficiency. You will work with the leadership team to guide growth, ensure compliance, optimize capital, and implement best practices in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and capital allocation to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a professional accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent, preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, investment, or digital asset sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial and banking/treasury matters, management reporting, and regulations.

  • Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
