Job Description
This position implements strategies and communications plans to attract qualified candidates using successful recruiting channels and technologies. This position monitors large scale and complex staffing trends and provides insight on best practices to meet staffing needs through recruitment marketing. This position implements initiatives and provides consultative expertise and tactical support to all stakeholders including business units, business partners, hiring managers, etc. This position collaborates with geographical managers and COE partners to develop strategies for current and future business needs utilizing research and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Plan and manage recruitment campaigns and messages
- Track, measure and report on campaign results
- Create engaging content consistent with UPS brand
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Research talent acquisition and recruitment marketing trends to improve the process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Conduct research on TA and HR market trends to identify opportunities to implement improvements to the process.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants with TA marketing strategy department.
Minimum Requirements:
- STRONG verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills (Conversational English 80%).
- HTML e-mail marketing experience
- Understands labor and employment laws and the impact on recruiting and hiring processes
- General knowledge of Marketing and Strong data-driven solutions mindset.
- Candidate Relation Management (CRM) e-mail marketing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimal Studies: Technical - Bachelor's degree - Preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition - Preferred.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model 3 days a week from Bogotá office the other 2 will be at home.

Job Description:
- Lead the brand development and localization strategy for the Singapore market
- Oversee product planning and development, in alignment with the brand's concept
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to local customers
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers (e.g. packaging, kitchenware, etc.)
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards are met
- Recruit, train, and manage the in-store and support teams
