Are You The One

This role requires you to work closely with the Product and Commercial teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our API-first B2B2X embedded finance Banking-as-a-Service solutions.

Responsibilities

Company Digital Marketing Efforts:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns to enhance MatchMove's brand presence and thought leadership in the Banking-as-a-Service space.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic) with focus on reaching B2B decision-makers and driving qualified leads.
  • Create compelling content marketing strategies including articles, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership content to establish MatchMove as the leading BaaS authority in Asia.
  • Plan and execute digital events, webinars, and virtual conferences to drive lead generation and showcase embedded finance capabilities.
    Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize marketing spend.

Product Marketing for API-First B2B2X Embedded Finance Solutions:

  • Drive product marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for MatchMove's Banking Wallet OS platform and API solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to understand technical capabilities and translate complex embedded finance features into compelling marketing narratives for B2B audiences.
  • Develop product-specific marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and technical documentation to support business development and sales teams.
  • Create and optimize developer-focused marketing content and resources to drive API adoption and integration.
  • Support product launches with comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions to financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients.
    Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and technology partners to amplify reach and effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of digital marketing and product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, Banking-as-a-Service, or API-first technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences, particularly financial institutions and enterprise clients.
  • Strong expertise in paid media management across digital platforms with demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for B2B lead generation and ROI.
  • Experience with marketing technology stack including Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and developer marketing tools.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex embedded finance and API concepts into engaging marketing narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in product marketing including go-to-market planning for API products, developer marketing, and technical product positioning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization for B2B marketing funnels.
  • Understanding of Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, and API-first business models preferred.
  • Effective in cross-functional collaboration and able to work successfully in a matrix organizational structure.
    Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment with changing priorities.
