JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and facilitate/co-conduct wellbeing workshops
- anage a group of volunteers (Wellbeing Champions) and their activities
- Conduct wellbeing needs analysis from various sources of data such as wellbeing assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Communicate insights and recommendations from wellbeing needs analysis to management through slides and/or papers
- Maintain accurate records of employee wellbeing data, including attendance of training, feedback, and survey data
- Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays : 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Degree with a minor / 2nd major in psychology or with other relevant psychology background may apply
- Data Driven, able to perform data analytics independently.
- Passion in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Required.

Role Overview:
This role is designed for individuals who have completed at least one year of their Master in Clinical Psychology or Counselling or an equivalent program and are in the process of completing their degree. The Associate will work under supervision and be assigned less challenging cases (as determined at triage). In addition to conducting therapy sessions, the role involves assisting in client sourcing, qualifying and marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for developing clinical skills while gaining experience in a professional counselling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online/in-person therapy sessions with clients assigned based on their current training level and experience.
- Assist in client sourcing and qualifying activities, including intake assessments and initial screenings; as well as marketing and outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and AO Psychology's services.
- Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and wellness professionals to integrate counselling into clients' holistic treatment plans.
- Support and guide clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions under supervision.
- Participate in case reviews and supervision sessions to refine counselling approaches and improve client outcomes.
- Facilitate trainers in the conducting of courses and workshops.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in counselling and mental health.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year into the course with exposure to various forms of interventions.
- Ability to provide individual and group counselling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other mindfulness-based therapy approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Willingness to work under supervision and engage in professional development.
