We are looking for counsellors to join our well-qualified and vetted pool of Therapists.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

We have a rigorous selection process and require:

Hard-skills

  • A minimum master's degree in counselling from a recognised university
  • Peak body membership , preferably an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting one-on-one therapy as a mental health therapist

Soft-skills

  • Alignment with TYHO values: You are non-judgemental, empathetic in interactions with clients, and sensitive to diverse backgrounds (eg sexual orientations, cultural identities, or language abilities).
  • Committed professional: You are a self-driven individual with a growth mindset who holds themselves to the highest standards.
