We are looking for counsellors to join our well-qualified and vetted pool of Therapists.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We have a rigorous selection process and require:
Hard-skills
- A minimum master's degree in counselling from a recognised university
- Peak body membership , preferably an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting one-on-one therapy as a mental health therapist
Soft-skills
- Alignment with TYHO values: You are non-judgemental, empathetic in interactions with clients, and sensitive to diverse backgrounds (eg sexual orientations, cultural identities, or language abilities).
