Job Description

• Warehouse Setup and Operations: Plan, organize, and supervise the setup of the warehouse to optimize workflow, including storage systems and inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control by ensuring accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Analyse opportunities for warehouse automation
• Project management support for joint projects with Customers as well as internal projects

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management
• High proficiency in Excel. VBA, Access, SQL, PowerBI skills will be an advantage
• Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 10 and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customers
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Job Summary

We are a toy distribution business seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations, and assist in local B2B deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both digital and physical operations and wants to grow in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse, Delivery & Operations Support

• Fulfill daily e-commerce online orders — including picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching parcels.
• Work in the warehouse to support packing and order preparation for both B2C and B2B sales.
• Assist the B2B sales team by preparing stock and supporting last-mile delivery.
• Drive the company van when required to fulfill delivery requests, restocking at retail outlets or collect goods.
• Assist with setup and tear down of adhoc sales events.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Approx. 40 hours per week

Job Requirements
