Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Unity Game Developer to join the team in doing rapid prototyping of hybridcasual games. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rapidly prototyping new game ideas, especially in the hybrid-casual genre, and fine-tuning gameplay based on real-time advertising and user engagement metrics. This challenging role requires a mix of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement rapid prototypes of mobile games to validate new concepts and gameplay mechanics.
Collaborate with your teams of developers, designers and artists to iterate quickly on game prototypes.
Integrate advertising SDKs and analytics tools into prototypes to track key performance metrics.
Read, analyze, and interpret advertising performance data (e.g., CPI, retention etc) to identify areas for improvement.
Make timely adjustments to game prototypes based on data insights to optimize user acquisition and monetization.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to mobile game development and advertising.
Job Requirements:
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative game ideas.
Degree / Diploma in game design, media, computer science field.
Willing to work OTs and have strong passion to work in game company.
Strong programming skills in Unity/C#.Experience integrating and working with advertising SDKs (e.g., Unity Ads, Facebook Audience Network).
Ability to analyze data quickly and translate insights into actionable development changes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This role might be placed on a contractual 1 year term, subject to renewal based on your performance.
Good to have (optional):
Prior experience in hybrid-casual or casual mobile game genres.

Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
