We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Engineering Section Manager (TSM) to lead our Technical Engineering Section. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing plant equipment performance through efficient Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) activities, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring seamless plant operations. As the Section Head, you will lead process enhancements, champion safety and quality, and promote innovative solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Work Experience:
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in a DevOps or SRE role, with a proven track record.
Cloud Migration Projects: Hands-on experience in migrating projects to cloud environments.
Large-Scale Environments: Exposure to managing large-scale environments involving 100k+ users and managing terabytes of data.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes (k8s), DevOps practices, GitLab CI/CD, cloud networking, SQL & NoSQL databases, Kafka, and observability (O8s).
Configuration Management: Proficiency in at least one configuration management tool (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet).
Advanced OS and Networking Knowledge: Deep understanding of operating system-level and networking concepts.
Scripting: Proficiency in Linux, Bash, and scripting.
Certifications:
Required: Terraform, Kubernetes.
Preferred: AWS, GCP, or other cloud certifications.

Purpose of Role:
The role holder provides network consultancy, design, implementation and support to help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. Activities will include in-depth analysis, design (both for high and lower level network solutions), deployment, support and consultancy. The role holder will be "Cisco's face to the customer as a trusted adviser", working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering our commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support on aspects of Data Centre / DC Virtualization / WAN/LAN Networking / Campus Network technology domain from requirements capture/definition through customer.
- To interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
- To input to cost/timescale solutions/options and manage expectations as appropriate with the customer.
- To support on the service delivery and network solution design, implementation.
- To provide support and troubleshooting service for the network infrastructure related incidents and problems while implementing the project
- Provides remote or onsite deployment support.
- Executes all phases of project delivery including plan, design, network staging, implementation, migration, testing, handover, etc.
Skills/Experience:
- CCIE R/S or CCIE DC certifications are required. VCP, RedHat Certification a plus
- Understanding of Data Center architectures, including virtualization, experience in planning, design & implementation of Data Center infrastructure.
- Rich design and hands on experience on ACI technology with Multi-POD. Knowledge and experience on Multi-Site ACI is a plus
- Strong Python/Java/JavaScript programming skills in Linux
- Good understanding and knowledge on Java, Linux, Python, Virtualization, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Container.
- Will be able to design, deploy & support Cisco data center products with hands-on experience in operation and configuration of Cisco network devices (e.g. routers, switches, Load Balancers, Storage Networks, Application Optimizers and Servers)
- Hands on experience with Nexus Product Family (N9K,N7K, N5K, N2K), and Vxlan, DCI, OTV technologies, as well as Catalyst series switches (2960/3560/3750/4500/6500/6800, etc)
- Public / Private Cloud experience and knowledge is a plus
