Job Summary
Support and govern the end-to-end Intercompany transaction processes across Greater Asia under the APEX - FSFE model. This includes managing activities such as ordering, returns, and claims. The role requires a strong command of data analysis, system master data coordination, and process governance.
Additionally, the specialist leads and supports the scale up of FSFE program to deliver tariffs savings.
Main Responsibilities
APEX Intercompany Order Governance:
- Provide operational support to Greater Asia countries for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) placement under the Singapore Tax Principal model.
- Lead and executes ad-hoc requests related to intercompany returns, claims, and inventory rebalancing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor daily transaction reports and IDOC error logs, proactively driving resolution and providing recovery guidance to mitigate risks.
- Attend escalations from stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure process reliability.
- Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support year-end financial activities, including system updates for order costing in collaboration with regional finance teams.
- Maintain and update documentation such as desktop procedures, job aids, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document and deliver training on intercompany planning processes to ensure consistent understanding and execution.
Master Data Maintenance:
- Ensure synchronization and accuracy of master data across planning and production systems.
- Collaborate with the APEX master data team to identify material status and ensure accurate setup in accordance with the APEX model.
Project Management for First Sale for Export:
- Support E2E system testing to enable smooth transaction, coordinate on master data set up, process changes to ensure project is on track.
- Once go live, support day-to-day operations to ensure tax compliance. Work with relevant stakeholders to perform troubleshooting and drive timely resolutions during hypercare period.
Continuous Improvements:
- Assess process gaps and improve operational efficiency and work accuracy.
- Standardize and simplify transactional tasks to reduce complexity and improve scalability.
- Maintain updated process maps and ensure job aids are clear, current, and aligned with best practices.
Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics:
- Accountable for achieving monthly APEX Key Performance Indicators: Order Accuracy, Claims processing time, IBD IDOC error processing.
- Monitors performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions as required.
Preferred Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Economics or any other related fields
- 1-2 years working experience. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, Macro, analytical skills and meticulous with numbers
- Business and customer oriented and a good team player
- Self-starter, responsible and ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams
- Good command of written and verbal English language
- SAP knowledge

As an Executive - Supply Chain Management with us in B.Braun Singapore, you will play a vital role in balancing customer demand with supply capabilities to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing costs and risks. This role supports the effectiveness and accuracy of supply chain systems and processes, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Working closely with 3PL and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply solutions that keeps operation running smoothly, supply chain processes in sync, and ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor supply strategies to ensure timely product replenishment and accurate demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with global teams, vendors, and logistics partners to align inventory, confirm allocations, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage purchase orders and inbound logistics to prevent stock-outs, overstock, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain accurate data in SAP including material master records, stock status, and support Master Data Governance processes.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, and inbound issue resolution.
Drive process improvements by supporting digitalization, automation, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
What you will bring to the team:
- Min. Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, preferably in Healthcare setting.
- Min 2 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
- Experience in SAP Material Management; Microsoft Excel and Suite.
- Familiarity with supply planning and inventory management processes.
Knowledge of PowerBI will be an added advantage.

Advanced Material Planning and Forecasting
Utilize statistical analysis, consumption trends, EUC (Estimated Unit Cost), and lead time data to develop accurate material forecasts.
- Apply provisioning models to align material readiness with dynamic operational needs and service-level agreements.
Leverage Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and to recommend proactive material replenishment actions.
Inventory Lifecycle Management
Perform periodic stock reviews using analytics tools to trigger replenishment, prevent overstocking, and optimize working capital.
Identify and reduce legacy and obsolete inventory through cross-department engagement and structured rundown planning.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Develop and maintain automated dashboards to monitor material consumption trends, usage patterns, and supply performance.
- Utilize Power BI for predictive analytics to flag potential material risks and to support continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
Collaborate with Operation; Warehouse and approved vendors for the write off and disposal of control and non-control goods.
Managing 3rd Party Warehousing and Logistics
Oversee and manage the efficiency, Accuracy, Controls and Measurement of the warehouse inventory systems.
- Managed Warehouse KPI in accordance with the contract and Company's Standard Operating Procedures.
Periodic Audit on cycle count activities and Scrap for control and non-control items.
Any Other task that assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics/ Supply Chain
Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
- Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
- Proficient in MS office; PBI; Visio etc
- Independent with problem solving skills
