Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Prepare PO to order goods

• Monitor stock level and maintain healthy safety stocks and place order for replenishment

• Conduct regular physical stock check to keep track stocks and minimise loss or damage

• Prepare stock report using computerised inventory system

• Prepare stocks for delivery

• Monitor incoming stock delivery and liasing with freight forwarder

• Work closely with accounting department and sales department to ensure stocks are correctly delivered and billed

• Handle impromptu delivery matters and sales quotations

Core responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand, prevent shortages, and minimise excess inventory
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using ERP software and conduct regular checks to reconcile physical stock with system data
• Supplier coordination:Liaise with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any supply, delivery, or quality issues
• Data analysis and forecasting using Power BI - Analyse SKU turnover and trends, track demand patterns, and other data to forecast future inventory needs and plan for seasonal or market changes
• Process improvement - Develop and implement inventory control procedures and loss prevention strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify slow moving, obsolete and damage SKU
  Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory levels, stock usage, turnover, and operational efficiency to management

Requirements

• Must be able to use a computer with basic applications like Microsoft Office
• Ability to use of Power BI or Tableau data analytic software will be advantageous
• Should be good in arithmetics

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant to support our APAC supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the consumer goods and jewelry industry, who is eager to learn about product logistics, international supply chain coordination, and quality control practices. The successful candidate will work directly under the Head of Supply Chain, APAC, and play a key role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Product Knowledge, Shipment Coordination & Monitoring

· Develop understanding of industrial techniques related to consumer goods and jewelry.

· Participate in product development projects and assist the manager in driving project progress.

· Distribute orders to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner and follow up on progress.
