Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, coach, train, and upskill recruiters to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and monthly team reviews.
- Provide guidance on sourcing, candidate management, and client engagement.
- Manage team workload, pipelines, and ensure accurate candidate databases.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Existing client network in public/private hospitals, ILTC, or specialist clinics .
