RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Data Protection Officer in THK Disability Services Division, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with clients with special needs (primarily Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health concerns and other disabilities). You will review and manage data protection for the Homes and Centres in THK Disability Services (THK DS). You will also support THKMC's corporate Data Protection Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Protection Policies Implementation: Assist with implementing THKMC data protection policies and providing guidance to the management and staff of THK DS in the areas of data protection and privacy
- Data Protection Practice Reviews: Assist with reviews to ensure privacy and data protection compliance and proactively address potential privacy and data protection issues
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on service-level compliance with data protection policies.
- Data Subject Requests: Efficiently manage and respond to data subject access requests within legal timeframes.
- Liaison: Facilitate communication between the service teams and the Corporate DPO, ensuring alignment of data protection efforts.
- Documentation: Maintain and update detailed records of data processing activities at the service level.
- Authority: Access to service-level data and systems for monitoring and investigative purposes.
- Reporting: Reports to the Corporate DPO and service managers, including metrics and compliance status.
- Any other duties: Assist with ad-hoc projects and consultations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in any of these areas - data governance, data privacy, data risk and compliance, IT security, IT audit.
- Be well spoken, resourceful and a team player who has the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Possess a high level of resilience and positive work attitude
- Willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal stakeholders

What will you be doing?
- Act as the primary local security contact / adviser for both Singapore and Australia offices.
- Work with Group IS and assist on the implementation and translation of information security policies and procedures for local offices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect eToro's cryptocurrency assets and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.

- Participate in region/business unit related conferences, client facing engagement, industry forums to represent eToro's Cyber Security program.

Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems
- Must have Cissp Cism Cisa certificates.
- 7+ years proven experience in information security (including audit experience), with a strong focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
- Prior experience with engaging directly with regulators - a big plus
- In-depth understanding of security protocols, cryptography and blockchain technology.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage APEX's clearing risks effectively and comprehensively in line with approved Risk policies.
- Review and update risk policies and procedures to align with IOSCO-PFMI guidelines, regulatory requirements, and directives from the Board Risk Committees.
- Maintain and improve appropriate risk models such as margining, collateral, and stress testing for APEX, which is the key responsibility for this role.

You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining governance oversight on PSA's security policies, standards, and best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
Requirements:
- Processes a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Cybersecurity Experience in OT/ICS environments will be preferred
- Possess of GICSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM certification would be an advantage
- Good knowledge and understanding of industry OT & IT security standards and principles such as NIST cybersecurity frameworks, IEC 62443 and ISO27001/2
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment
- Good project management skills and able to work as a team as well as independently
