Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of sales promoters

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and fluent in English
• 8-10 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG environments
• Strong prior experience in customer management, negotiation, business analytics, and/or customer marketing
• Strong ability to leverage a deep understanding of key business drivers to create high-payout category plan. Integrate customer, shopper, financial, and marketplace data to create compelling rationale for business plans.
• Proven record in project management skills at regional level and ability to manage funds and resources, identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands to deliver the greatest outcome for the company.
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and drive choices from a deep understanding of regional and local market business opportunities.

Basic qualifications
- Successful track record at creating business application software and SaaS vendor go to market strategies
- 8+ years commercial, strategy or financial analysis experience

- Highly evolved analytical and operational mindset with a high degree of emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau and experience with modeling and analysis
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management
