Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for analyzing food safety and quality results, tracking performance against established goals, and assisting in periodic reporting.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer quality inquiries, assist in scheduling audits, and provide feedback on inquiries.
3. Develop, update, and implement the Food Safety Management System (BRC), HACCP, and Halal Quality Management System (MUIS) to ensure compliance with standards and certification requirements.
4. Ensure production, warehouse, and related areas comply with GMP standards.

10. Handle export health and phytosanitary certificates applications.
11. Provide technical support to sales, shipping, maintenance, and production departments.
12. Manage customer inquiries, questionnaires, COA, product specifications, and declarations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or equivalent.
• QC experience in food is preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in the food industry is ideal for a shorter learning curve.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure.
