About the Job
The Director of Engineering Operations is a key leadership role focused on optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the engineering department. They bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and business goals, ensuring that engineering efforts are aligned with overall company objectives. This role will report to CTO of Bitdeer.
What you will be responsible for:
- Engineering Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing engineering processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements, such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, to enhance speed, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for engineering processes and best practices.

- Evaluate, select, and implement engineering tools and technologies to support development, testing, deployment, and monitoring activities.
- Manage the engineering infrastructure, including development environments, testing labs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of engineering infrastructure.
