The Role: Lead HR Business Partner.
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a strategic partner and consultant to business leaders on HR related issues. As an employee champion, you will support and drive change within designated business units. Your role will involve formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner for business unit leaders, driving and improving HR processes to enable functional transformation.
- Assume a consultant role to provide thought partnership for strategic planning in terms of people, organizational design, and culture.
- Lead talent reviews and top talent initiatives to ensure the business has the right skill sets and behaviors to meet strategic objectives.
- Lead organizational design to ensure roles, responsibilities, and processes are in place to meet business demands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation & Benefits; Talent Acquisition; Payroll.
- Develop and lead the implementation of HR programs with internal customers across the talent management lifecycle.
- Execute the strategic HR service offering including management learning and development programs, employee engagement surveys, HR assessments, performance management systems, behavioral/leadership assessments, and compensation plans and benchmarking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain key relationships with partners, vendors and associated organisations, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliverables as outlined in contracts.
- Lead the scheduling and planning for regional educational development events, ensuring the offering meets the needs of schools and educational institutions.
- Oversee the income and expenses related to regional and outsourced educational development business, working alongside the events team to manage event-related costs.
- Provide regular financial reporting on regional and outsourced educational development activities to senior leadership.
- Monitor the performance of development events and workshops, making necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met
- Review event forecasts to ensure development programs are on track to meet enrollment and participant targets and alert senior management of any potential shortfalls.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and reports related to regional development event
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in vendor and partner / account management
- Strong interest and understanding of international education, particularly within the region.
- Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills for managing vendor relationships.
- Geopolitical knowledge of the region, especially as it relates to education.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and budget management.
- Strong data analysis skills, and prior experience and knowledge of data analytics tools, including proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
- Proven track record in understanding datasets and extracting relevant insights to provide reports and actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
