We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Director, People Partnering in Global Procurement.
- This role is responsible for partnering the Global Procurement organization of about 200 employees distributed across the world. It will provide strategic partnering to the Senior Vice President heading up Procurement and her leadership team (currently composed of 5 VPs, Senior Directors and Directors) located globally.
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and report to the Head of APAC People Partnering. This role will also work very closely with the Global People partner for Operations and other PPC Partners/ Site leads/COEs across regions.
This is a key opportunity to drive impactful change and make a significant impact on Global Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist roles, with experience working in global, matrixed organizations. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
About the RoleThis role involves setting direction and implementation of the People agenda in Global Procurement, based on direction from PPC and Operations Strategy/Priorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering the Transformation of the Procurement organization and facilitating organizational change processes to enable the delivery of the strategic direction.
